Volunteer Position Descriptions
The ACC Dolphins Swim Team is parent-volunteer run - it takes over 40 volunteers to run a home meet, so each family is required to sign-up for 3 volunteer shifts. The requirement may be satisfied by two parents working two meets together, by one parent working four separate meets, or by a combination. However, spouses may not be age-group volunteers for the same age group (e.g., 9-10 girls) at the same meet. Swimmer(s) will not be eligible to participate in the program until the family has signed up for 3 volunteer commitments.
Once you sign up for a volunteer position, it becomes YOUR responsibility to find a substitute if you cannot work that meet. Failure to do so will result in a $500 charge.
ONLINE VOLUNTEER SHIFT SIGN-UPS WILL OPEN APRIL 6th AT 7PM sign-up here: https://accdolphins.swimtopia.com/swim_meets.
