Evening Practice Times (April 13th-May 21):
6 & Under: 4:15 – 5:00 PM
7/8 Year Olds: 5:00 – 5:45 PM
9/10 & 11+ Year Olds: 5:45 – 6:30PM
Morning Practice Times (May 25th-June 5th)
6 and Under: 8:00am-8:45am
7/8 Year Olds: 8:45am-9:30am
9/10 Year Olds and 11 and Up: 9:30am-10:15am
DO NOT APPROACH the coaches during practice. For the safety of the swimmers, coaches need to direct their full attention to the children. If you have a question or need to speak with a coach.
Come prepared! Bring goggles, towel, sunscreen, swim caps (if desired), and water. Club towels are NOT available during practice.
Flipper Award – This award is given to a swimmer who displays leadership, sportsmanship and comes to practice on time and works hard each week. Shall be given at coach's discretion. (can only be given once)
Most Improved – This award is calculated weekly for the swimmer who has the greatest percentage improvement week over week in his/her personal best times. (can only be given once)
Most Points Scored – This award is given to a swimmer that brings in the most overall points at a meet. (can only be given once)
